    I agree about the questions - especially taking the momentum that have come from yours and others efforts and creating a culture of that online for people to self organize and express compassion across the world.

    Interesting. Thanks for posting these Tony. The notion of challenging your followers and using a very specific goal ($2500 for x project) seemed to be a big theme for Beth Kanter and Dave Armano. Armano used visual pictures to help personalize the message.

    Another panelist brought home the need to help users know how to use tools. I think the role of teacher as opposed to. parent seems to make sense, but none the less something to consider to lower the barrier to entry. Very similar to what the Common Craft videos did.
